1. Login on the "Home" page.
2. Create list of your characters on your [My Account] page
3. Create a list of adventures you've played and never want to play again on your [My Account] page.
4. Join the waiting list for the event (this tells people you can make it and are interested)
5. Join a game listed (there can be many games listed at the event, choose one of them)
6. or choose to DM a game for the event

RSVPs are not First Come First Served. RSVP points determine your seating priority. You start out with 5 RSVP points, you spend 1 every time you play, you get 5 every time you DM. If you DM, please re-visit the event after it happens and there will be buttons to confirm the attendance. Only when you confirm the attendance will you get credit for DMing.

You can only RSVP for a game that you have a character in the valid level range for.

If the game becomes full and someone with higher RSVP points joins that game, the system will try to push you into another valid game, taking into account your characters and your list of games you never wish to play again. If there is no other valid game you get put on the waiting list for the original game, which means you likely will only get to play if someone drops out. So earn those RSVP points, please DM for the group!

The event itself has a RSVP cutoff time, usually a day before the event, no one can join the event after that.
After the RSVP cutoff time people already in the event can shuffle around tables, and DMs can offer new games, this shuffling stops an hour before the event
